As Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors, Martino is responsible for overseeing the global vision, strategic direction and executive management team at Silicon Image, and is chartered with steering the Company's growth and focus on innovation.

Martino has over 25 years of experience in the high-tech industry, having served in various executive management roles focusing on the consumer electronics, communications and computing markets.

Martino joined Silicon Image from SAI Technology, Inc., a leading supplier of 4G and security technology solutions to the mobile communications industry. During Martino's two year tenure as a Board Member, Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Angel investor, SAI experienced rapid growth and built a strong and innovative business.

Prior to SAI, Martino was the President and CEO of Cornice Inc., an innovator and technology leader of portable storage solutions to the portable consumer and mobile phone markets. Before joining Cornice, Martino held the position of COO at Zoran Corporation, a leading provider of digital solutions for the growing digital entertainment and digital imaging markets where he was COO for approximately four years, guiding the company through a period of tremendous growth. Martino also spent nearly 14 years with National Semiconductor in four different countries, including its headquarters in Silicon Valley, Japan, China and Australia.

Martino holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Melbourne, Parkville (Victoria, Australia) and a Graduate Diploma in Digital Communications from Monash University, Clayton (Victoria, Australia).

Hodge brings more than 16 years of experience in investment banking focused on the global technology industry. He has completed more than 200 transactions for numerous leading technology companies, such as Silicon Image, Apple, Applied Materials, Broadcom, Google, Intel, Phillips, Samsung and TiVo. He has advised clients on a wide array of strategic transactions and financings in a broad range of industries and has worked on transactions in North America, Europe and Asia. He was the team leader on Google's groundbreaking $1.9 billion auction IPO and the SMIC $1.8 billion dual-listed IPO (the largest Chinese semiconductor foundry). Currently, John is with the Blackstone Group in the Private Equity division where he is focused on technology investments. Prior to the Blackstone Group, he was a senior advisor and managing director at Credit Suisse First Boston's (CSFB) technology group and in a separate tenure at CSFB, served as a managing director and global head of corporate finance. Hodge has been the managing director of west coast corporate finance for Deutsche Bank's technology practice and held positions at Morgan Stanley and Robertson Stephens. Hodge graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Stanford University. Hodge is a regular speaker at industry events and a guest lecturer at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Bill George is a 30-year veteran of the semiconductor industry. He took charge of worldwide manufacturing operations and order fulfillment for ON Semiconductor when the company separated from Motorola in 1999. In this role, he oversees technology development, manufacturing, quality and reliability and order fulfillment operations at the company's facilities in the U.S., China, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Japan, Philippines and Malaysia.

Prior to accepting his role at ON Semiconductor, Bill served as Corporate Vice President and Director of Manufacturing for Motorola's Semiconductor Components Group. In that role, Bill headed the worldwide manufacturing operations of the group, including fabrication and final manufacturing plants in Asia, Europe and the Americas.

Bill joined Motorola in 1968 where he progressed through a number of assignments in R&D, manufacturing and business management. In 1991, Bill was assigned to Sematech in Austin, Texas where he served three years as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Returning to Phoenix in 1994, he managed wafer fabrication for the Communication, Power and Signal Technologies Group. In 1996, he was named Corporate Vice President and Director of Manufacturing of the Motorola Semiconductor Products Sector, with responsibility for directing investment and operational strategy for Motorola's worldwide semiconductor manufacturing operations.

Bill received his Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering in 1964 from the University of Oklahoma and earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Purdue University in 1968. He has authored ten papers on electronic materials and devices and has been granted seven patents on semiconductor devices. In 1996, Purdue recognized Bill as a "Distinguished Engineering Alumnus."

Peter Hanelt is a seasoned retail and consumer markets executive, having spent the last 30 years in CEO, COO and CFO roles for a variety of publicly and privately held companies. He is president and founder of a consulting firm specializing in improving operating results and providing expertise in corporate governance and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Most recently, Hanelt served as COO and chief restructuring officer of Good Guys. Prior to that, he served as CEO of Natural Wonders, COO and CFO of Esprit De Corp, COO and CFO for Post Tool, Inc., COO and CFO of Manetti-Farrow, Inc. and a principal of Regent Pacific. Hanelt has also held CFO, VP of finance and controller positions at two hospitals in the San Francisco Bay Area and earlier spent five years on the audit and tax staff at Deloitte & Touche. He served four years with the U.S. Army and 18 years as an officer in the reserves. Hanelt is a certified public accountant and holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He currently serves on the boards of Shoe Pavilion, Inc. and PATELCO and serves on the audit committee of Catholic Healthcare West. He was previously a board member for Infonet, 3-Day Blinds, Iwerks Entertainment and Interhealth Nutraceuticals.
